There is no minimum or maximum order. Any single product ordered from the online shop is prepared for despatch and therefore subject of a delivery charge.
In principal delivery will be within 5 working days. In busy seasonal periods delivery can take up to 7 working days for all goods to be delivered. Alternatively if a product is out of stock we will contact you by phone or email and ask your permission to substitute the product by a product of equal or greater value.
For delivery to countries not available please contact us by email for exact delivery times and charges.
We can take no responsibility if courier is unable to deliver goods. A card will be left for you or the recipient of the parcel to collect the goods in the depot. To avoid this please give a work address for delivery of the goods. We can take no liability for incorrect or incomplete delivery info.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to check with his local customs and excise regulations.
Unfortunately we can’t refund any delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you or your costs in returning the product to us.
